Q:  What tyres do you sell? 

A:  We’re the Australian importer for Kingtyre. Our range includes K00 slicks (race only), K01 rain (race only), K06 semi-slick (ADR/road-legal), K97 sport, K905 sport road, and K66 ADV 80/20.  We will also be increasing our range and sizes as we expand.   Check out our product info page for more details on each model. 

Q:  Are all the tyres you sell road-legal?:  

A: No. The K00 Slick and K01 Rain Tyre are race-only. K06, K97, K905 and K66 are road-legal and carry international compliance markings (DOT and ECE)  used for on-road use in AU. Track-only products are labelled “Not for highway use.” 

Q:  How do I pick the right size and rating? 

A:  Match your owner’s manual/swingarm plate for size, load index and speed rating. If changing profiles or construction, consult a licensed fitter. 

Q:  Do you publish pressure settings? 

A:  Street: start with the motorcycle manufacturer placard, then adjust slightly for load. 

A: Track: we provide starting points by compound/conditions at the product or order stage; These are just a starting point for you to adjust from.  Always monitor, check, and adjust pressures based on hot pit-lane readings. 

Q:  Can I mix models front/rear? 

A:  Kingtyre model front and rear pairs are tuned together, so we suggest avoiding this. If you must mix, keep comparable construction and profiles and test cautiously. 

Q: Are your tyres reversable? 

A: No these tyres are designed and manufactured to be unidirectional. Each tyre has a directional mark on the sidewall that you should follow. 

Q: Where do orders ship from and how long do they take? 

A: Dispatch happens from our Melbourne and Brisbane facilities. Delivery is Australia-wide via third-party couriers; timeframes depend on location and carrier. Tracking is provided. 

Q: Is there a same-day dispatch cutoff?

A: Yes.  Usually 12:00 PM.  We try and get shipments out the same day, however, use the time shown in your order confirmation; orders placed after the cutoff ship next business day when possible.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Calculated at checkout by size/weight and postcode. Bulk pallet rates available on request.

A: Some products may qualify for free shipping as noted on the product, or based on a sale or issued coupon code, with exceptions for WA and TAS, which will always incur shipping as a policy.   

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Payments are processed using Square merchant services and we accept  Visa and Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and Union Pay,  are accepted  Prices are in AUD and include GST.

Q:  What’s your returns policy? 

A:  We comply with Australian Consumer Law. For major faults, you’re entitled to repair/replacement/refund; for minor faults, we may repair or replace. Change-of-mind returns are discretionary and may attract restocking/freight; items must be unused and in original condition. 

A: If you bought your tyres from one of our dealers, direct your inquires to that location and they will be able to inspect and advise on the process. 

Q:  What’s covered under warranty? 

A:  Manufacturer defects in materials/workmanship assessed per the maker’s process; misuse, incorrect fitment, racing abuse, or normal wear are excluded. 

Q:  Who should fit my tyres? 

A:  We recommend using a licensed motorcycle technician who uses proper mounting/balancing and torque specs.

Q: Are your tyres genuine? 

A:  Yes. Stock is sourced direct from the manufacturer : Kingtyre as the authorised AU importer.

Q:  Do you supply dealers and workshops? 

A:  Yes—apply via the Dealer Inquires page to become an authorised EBR ANZ dealer. 

Q:  What margins/terms are available? 

A:   Approved dealers receive wholesale pricing tiers, depending on volume and stock carried.   We do not offer net 30 credit

Q:  Do you provide marketing assets? 

A: Yes we are finalising marketing packages and will be able to provide  product images, spec sheets, and other material; as well as co-op support for events on request. 

Q:  How do you handle privacy? 

A:  We follow the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and APPs. Details are available  in our Privacy Policy.
